What happens when the 30-day free trial ends?
Your account simply moves to the Free plan. The trial needs no card, so nothing is ever charged automatically — you only pay if you choose a plan yourself.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the menu (☰) and tap Cancel subscription — one tap, no questions. You can also cancel it in your PayPal account. Either way you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Is the subscription renewed automatically?
Yes — paid plans renew every month through PayPal until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, even a minute after paying, and the plan stays active until the paid period ends.
Can I switch to another plan?
Yes. Just choose the new plan on the pricing page. Your previous subscription is cancelled automatically, so you are never billed for two plans.
How do I pay?
Payments go through PayPal — with your PayPal balance or a card connected in PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. PayPal e-mails you a receipt for every payment, and we send you a confirmation when your plan starts.
Your account
How do I sign in?
With your Google account, or with a one-time sign-in link we e-mail you — no password needed. The link works once, for 20 minutes.
How do I change my country or currency?
Open the menu (☰), choose your location and tap Save. Prices, marketplaces and currency follow your country.
How do I delete my account?
Open the menu (☰) and tap Delete account. Your account and its data are removed straight away, and an active subscription is cancelled.
Scanning & prices
Why do I see a price range instead of one price?
Used items sell for different prices depending on condition, completeness and timing. The range shows the middle of the market — what similar items really sold for — without the odd broken or for-parts sales.
Where do the prices come from?
On paid plans in eBay countries, from real completed eBay sales (you see how many sales the range is based on), plus prices on local marketplaces in your country. The Free plan shows an AI estimate without a live price search.
How do I get the most accurate result?
Take a sharp photo in good light and include the label, model number or brand if you can see one. For things with several parts, Multi-photo scan lets you add up to five photos (front, back, label, details).
When do my daily scans reset?
Your daily scans start again every day. The scanner always shows how many you have left today.
Treasure Radar, AI Hunter & Scout Squad
What does Treasure Radar do?
Point your camera at a table or shelf and green arrows show the items worth a closer look, with a rough price. Tap an arrow for a full scan. It is part of the Flipper and Dealer plans.
How does AI Hunter work?
Tell it what you are looking for and the profit you want. It checks new eBay listings from sellers in your country around the clock and e-mails you only when a listing clears your profit after fees and shipping. It is part of the Dealer plan.
What is Scout Squad?
Up to five scouts scan at the markets and send you their finds with photos and real prices; you approve, counter or pass from your phone or laptop, and every buy lands in your profit dashboard. Part of the Dealer plan — scouts can be on any plan and use their own scans.
Privacy
What happens to my photos?
Photos are sent to our AI providers to identify the item and are not kept in full size. A small thumbnail is saved in your scan history so you can find the scan again.

No. We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising. See the
