The assistant prepares all of it — the reply, the relist, the bundle, the text for the other site — and you approve it with one tap. Two rules never change: nothing goes under your minimum, and nothing that can't be undone happens without your OK.

How it works
Open the Assistant tabDashboard → 🤝 Assistant. Buyer questions from eBay are read every two hours and when you open the tab.
Answer buyers in secondsTap ✨ Draft a reply: the AI writes it from the item's real facts — condition, whether it works, what's included — in the buyer's language. Anything it doesn't know is listed for you to add. Edit it and tap Send on eBay.
Relist what doesn't sellListings that haven't sold in 30, 45, 60 or 90 days (you choose) can be relisted with one confirmation: same text, photos and price, as a fresh listing.
Sell slow items togetherCheaper items of the same kind that sit for weeks are suggested as a bundle, at a price that is never under the sum of their minimums — with the bundle text ready to copy.

What you get
- Replies from real facts only — the AI never invents measurements, accessories or tests, never offers a lower price and never mentions your minimum. When Best Offer is on, it points buyers to Make Offer.
- You send, not the AI — every reply is a draft until you tap Send on eBay. eBay's own rules apply: no email addresses, phone numbers or links in messages; FlipTip warns you before eBay would block it.
- Drafts are free — up to 40 a day, not counted as scans.
- Relist with one confirmation — FlipTip checks for a sale first, then ends the old listing and starts the same one fresh. Watchers of the old listing are not carried over, so it asks every time.
- Bundles that respect your minimums — never under the sum of what each item may go for.
- Same listing everywhere — Vinted, KupujemProdajem and Facebook Marketplace have no way for apps to list for you, so FlipTip gives you the text and photos ready to paste, and opens the site.
- Take it down everywhere — FlipTip remembers where each item is listed. When it sells on eBay, your phone tells you at once which other sites to take it down from; sold elsewhere, the item card reminds you.
- Renew reminders — a listing on another site for 30+ days is flagged for renewing there.
- Weekly report on Mondays — sales, profit, money stuck in stock (and how much of it for 90+ days), what to lower and what to take down. Switch it off any time.
The assistant doesn't replace your judgment; it removes the typing. Everything it does is a suggestion until you tap — and the same two rules as the eBay Autopilot apply: never under your minimum, never an irreversible step without your OK.
Buyer questions come from eBay through its official connection (the questions buyers send with "Ask a question"). Replies go back the same way, privately to the buyer, or — if you tick it — shown with the question on the listing.
The sales assistant is part of the Flipper and Dealer plans, and of the free trial on its Dealer and Flipper days. Buyer questions and relisting need eBay connected; the other-sites helper, bundles and the weekly report work in every country.
Questions
Does the AI send messages to buyers by itself?
No. It writes a draft; you edit it and tap Send on eBay. Nothing is sent without your tap.
Can the AI give a buyer a discount?
No. It never offers or agrees to a lower price and never mentions your minimum. If a buyer asks about the price, it says the price is as listed and — when Best Offer is on — that they can send an offer.
Does drafting a reply cost a scan?
No. Drafts are free, up to 40 a day.
Why doesn't FlipTip post to Vinted or Facebook Marketplace by itself?
Those sites don't offer a way for apps to create listings for sellers. FlipTip prepares everything — text, photos, the right page to open — so posting takes a minute, and it remembers where the item is listed.
What happens to watchers when I relist?
The old listing ends, so its watchers and views are not carried over; the new listing shows as new in eBay search. That's why FlipTip asks before every relist.
Can I switch off the weekly report?
Yes — Dashboard → Assistant → Assistant settings. It is also not sent in a week with nothing to report.
