Used resale prices of popular items people buy and resell — what each one actually sold for on eBay, what you keep after fees and how many sold. Got something else? Snap a photo and FlipTip tells you what it is and what it sells for.
Brand, model number and version. "A PlayStation" can be $60 or $300 — the CUH-2216A PS4 Slim is one price.
Asking prices sit unsold for months. Completed sales are what buyers really paid — the median is the honest number.
On eBay about 13% plus $0.40 an order comes off. What's left — minus what you paid — is your profit.

Find the exact model (brand, model number, version), then look at what that exact item SOLD for recently — not at asking prices, which are often far higher. Condition and completeness move the price, and the marketplace fee comes off what you keep. FlipTip does all of it from one photo: it identifies the item, pulls its real completed sales and works out your profit.
Roughly the median of its recent completed sales, minus the marketplace fee (on eBay about 13% plus $0.40 an order). Each page here shows that number for one exact model; for the item in your hands, scan it — its condition and version decide where it lands in the range.
From completed sales on eBay.com in US dollars. Every sale is checked to be the exact item — no parts, lots or look-alikes — and Best Offer sales are left out because eBay shows the asking price there. Popular models are checked again every few weeks, scanned ones whenever someone scans them, and a page disappears when its numbers get older than 45 days.
The median is a typical copy. Missing parts, wear, a dead battery or a fake push it down; the original box, accessories, a rare color or a sought-after version push it up.
