These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FlipTip AI at fliptip.ai and in our apps, including the Android app from Google Play (the “Service”), operated by the FlipTip AI team (“FlipTip”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FlipTip is an AI-powered tool for resellers and bargain hunters. It identifies items from photos and estimates their resale value, sell speed and a “worth it / skip” verdict, and — depending on your plan — offers real sold prices, Treasure Radar, a listing writer, publishing listings to eBay, a profit dashboard and AI Hunter deal alerts. All results are AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only and are not professional appraisals.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You sign in with a Google account or with a one-time sign-in link sent to your e-mail address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account or e-mail inbox secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. One person may hold one account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
EU/UK consumers — right of withdrawal: Digital services normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use the paid features immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose this right once the service has been fully performed within that period. Where the right applies and has not been waived, you may withdraw by contacting [email protected].
You retain ownership of the photos, camera frames and inputs you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service (including sending them to AI providers for analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to submit the content you scan and that doing so does not infringe anyone’s rights. Please do not photograph people or private documents.
Listings written by the Service are drafts. Before you publish one, check that the title, description, condition, price and category are accurate and that the listing follows the rules of the marketplace you use. You are solely responsible for your listings and sales. FlipTip is not affiliated with eBay, Vinted or any other marketplace mentioned in the Service.
Publishing to eBay. If you connect your eBay account, you authorise FlipTip to create, update, publish and end listings and to read your orders on your behalf, but only when you ask for it (Save as eBay draft, Publish now, a price change in your dashboard, End listing) or when you switch on eBay Autopilot. With Autopilot on, FlipTip sets automatic accept and decline prices for buyers' offers and lowers the price of listings that haven't sold, on the schedule and within the minimum you choose; you can change those limits or switch Autopilot off at any time, and you remain responsible for the sales made under them. eBay's own terms, rules and fees apply to everything on eBay, and you need an eBay account that is set up for selling. AI-written text, item specifics, categories and white-background photos are suggestions — check them before you publish. We are not responsible for eBay's decisions about your listings or account, for listings eBay refuses or removes, or for fees eBay charges. You can disconnect eBay in Settings at any time.

The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding your inputs), is owned by FlipTip or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Identifications, price estimates, sold-price data from third parties, radar finds, authenticity alerts, scores, verdicts and listings are AI-generated or third-party data, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for buying or selling decisions. Fee rates and profit figures in the profit dashboard are estimates based on what you enter and are not tax or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your transactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipTip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You agree to indemnify FlipTip against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app menu. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence, which are not affected by this section.
