Delete your FlipTip AI account

You can delete your account and all its data yourself, at any time, from the app or the website.

Delete it in the app

1. Open FlipTip AI (the app or fliptip.ai/scan) and sign in.
2. Open the menu (☰).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm twice.

The deletion happens immediately. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time.

Can't sign in?

E-mail [email protected] from the address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, e-mail, country, settings)
• Your scan history, photos and thumbnails
• Your usage data, AI Hunter searches and alerts, and queued e-mails

What is kept

• Payment records that the law requires us to keep (invoices, kept by PayPal and for bookkeeping).
• A one-way hash of your e-mail address, only so the free trial can't be started again with the same address. It can't be turned back into your e-mail.
